"Very neat place to stay. Had to be transferred from one room to another because I was experiencing some WiFi difficulties. Was upgrade to an oceanfront room. In the new room, there was an issue with the bathroom sink stopper, which had to fixed. None of these were major, per se. I just had to take the time to make the call to address them. Overall, it was a good experience. The AC worked very well. Directly across from South Beach. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. I would stay there again."
