"nice hotel for families "

"Accueil plus que mitigé, le réceptionniste m'a indiqué qu'il n'avait pas reçu la réservation, et il m'a demandé de lui renvoyer par mail. Ce que j'ai fait. Je pensais qu'il était sur son ordinateur dans le bureau à côté pour imprimer la réservation que je lui avais envoyée, que nenni, il fumait tranquillement sa cigarette, et moi j'attendais au comptoir… Lorsqu'il a terminé, il est revenu vers moi en me disant que c'était OK, et il m'a donné une chambre. Dans la chambre, le coffre fort ne...
