"Beautiful hotel and restaurant."

"Placard said my rm was cleaned by “Na jiira;” she did a poor job. Room had musty odor & I went out, bought Chlorox wipes, & set around the room to kill smell. In the bathroom, top of tile had been wiped repeatedly to each corner and the debris left there. Have stayed with you many times & never had a room in such bad condition. Housekeepers need to be instructed on proper cleaning methods."

"Wonderful pet friendly hotel. Only wish that the pet rooms were on the first floor. We had a balcony room but it was right over the restaurant outdoor dining area and noisy to sit outside or leave the door open. Also, was afraid to let our dog out on the balcony in case it had an “accident” over the edge on someone’s head or onto their food! But, had the best bathtub I’ve ever been in, very comfortable with the raised back and perfect for one person that filled quickly. Great water pressure and fast hot water! Also, a fantastic bike/walk trail along the river, but unfortunately also along the freeway. Still quite enjoyable for a dog walk. Overall a really nice stay. "

"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE."
