"From the moment we arrived we felt welcome! Xavian and Xavier, (I believe that was their names), greeted us warmly. The resort was beautiful and the grounds were impressive. Breakfast at Trova was great! The host, and waitstaff were wonderful, especially Marisol and Carmen. Botica bar was a highlight. After exploring the island all day, it was nice to have some snacks and cocktails afterwards. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting this resort again."

"The pool says it closed at 10pm but it was super dark every day we were there. Makes no sense if we cant see and enjoy the pool at night. They sent us to another pool that should have been light up but it was still dark. Everything else was fine."
