Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The property was clean and reasonably maintained. The check in staff accommodated my request for first floor room as as I have my young children and donโt want to have balcony. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant staff is hit or miss! Some are very helpful and cheerful namely Ramon in Fish Deck, Marjorie and Angelica in Black Rock. The rest were not welcoming and always seem to be angry to see guests. In some instances my family were told by the waitress to move cup if they want to food at the table during lunch at the taco place by the pool. This happen twice. The management need to train and reiterate that if guests are treated in such way ultimately they will find other places and they will run out of business. The beech was great and having a laundry equipments in the room is very important."
Royal West Indies Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice property!"
The Sands at Grace Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at The Sands was wonderful. Our 2 bedroom suite was so spacious and most importantly clean! The kitchen had all you could need if you wanted to cook a meal. The beach is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The water was calm and beautiful. We were within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and Gracebay supermarket (which I recommend if you'll be cooking your own meals). If your a dog lover, they have Potcake Place K9 Rescue. You have the chance to interact with the dogs and walk them along the beach. Nothing negative to write about this resort and its amenities. I must say that the island is pretty expensive. However, you would expect that since everything is imported. It's a must take trip!"
Zenza Boutique Hotel
8/10 Good
"Second visit to this hotel, prior to my scuba diving trip. A little pricy for just one night, but the convenience of the location on Grace Bay is what I was looking for. Four quality restaurants are within walking distance, so that is a plus as well. Rooms have AC, ceiling fan and in my case - a huge round tub in the middle of the room. I would think it fits two persons easily. Rooms were very clean with separate toilet and shower room. All the facilities were in working order. Staff is very friendly and receptive for your needs. If I travel back here for diving again, will look at Zensa for my first choice."
