"Loved the fact that was right across from the airport. Loved the restaurant friendliness. Loved the cleanliness, the amenities. The hotel is highly updated. I have not had breakfast though, and we havenโ€™t used the day bar, only the restaurant, but twice. Oh, both times they didnโ€™t have the vegetablesโ€™ soup of the way which we wanted. Thatโ€™s the only peeve I can mention. Weโ€™re told that that soup is only available during the day (we dined for dinner), however, my suggestion is: if u donโ€™t have something, donโ€™t advertise it. But also noticed thatโ€™s something thatโ€™s usual in Romania. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will stay again at it, when in Cluj."

"Had a lovely time at Mercure Oradea Hotel! The aesthetic and room comfort are spot on, and the spa area is fantastic, the big windows letting in natural light create such a nice, relaxing vibe. You can tell the hotel is still fresh and working through some opening adjustments on the service side. We noticed a couple of minor things, like the spa missing staff at 7:30 AM for towels and turning on the sauna (despite a 7:00 AM opening time), and the restaurant overcooking a burger to well-done when we asked for medium. Itโ€™s totally understandable for a new spot as the personnel get properly trained and settled into the routine. Overall, itโ€™s a wonderful property with tons of potential, and we really enjoyed our stay!"
