"Our stay at Bahala Na Villas was truly wonderful! The staff were attentive, friendly, and so easy to communicate withโ€”just a WhatsApp message away. The only downside is that itโ€™s a little farther from town proper, around 20 minutes away, although itโ€™s conveniently only about 10 minutes from the airport. Thankfully, they have their own tricycle service that we could easily message whenever we needed a ride, which made getting around very convenient. Iโ€™d also like to commend Ate Mimi and Kuya Mac for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They truly made our stay extra special. One small incident actually made me appreciate the place even more. I paid a โ‚ฑ2,000 cash deposit at check-in and completely forgot about it when we checked out. Since a different person assisted us at checkout, it was understandably overlooked. I only remembered when we were already at the airport. I messaged them, and they immediately returned the deposit through GCash without any issue. They could have easily ignored it, but they didnโ€™tโ€”and that really says a lot about their honesty and integrity. El Nido was magical, and Bahala Na Villas made the experience even more special. The location was a small trade-off, but the hospitality and overall experience more than made up for it. Definitely recommend!"
