"We had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend this hotel, so easy to get around all the island , but also enough nearby to not have to go far. Rooms and pool area were lovely, all areas very clean and well maintained, loved our cave like shower. Beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, mini markets within walking distance. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. "The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again. "
