"Loved our stay here. We had a very friendly warm welcome, great room, restaurant dinner & breakfast great, so convenient to have tram stop outside hotel for easy quick access into the city to explore. Pool was lovely and hotel has a great vibe. Will definitely return. "

"Bedroom was not smelling good. Cleaning service not effective, we got the room without toilet paper, liquid soap half empty and not refilled even if we asked to. We had to go to the reception to get one. Probably the worst mercure we tried. "
