"Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits, attirés par les promesses : jacuzzi, spa, petit déjeuner inclus, chambre cosy... Autant dire qu'on a été servis ! Ou plutÎt... pas servis du tout.
Arrivée autonome sans code ? Surprise ! On patiente dehors jusqu'à ce que le gérant vienne nous ouvrir ainsi qu'à d'autres clients. Accueil express, sourire en option.
Jacuzzi et spa ? Ah, ils ne marchaient pas. Détente promise, frustration assurée.
