LAX Area 4 Stars Hotels

"I stayed at the Freehand Los Angeles in December and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the price is very reasonable for the area. However, I didn't feel particularly safe in the surrounding neighborhood, and it felt quite far from the main attractions. It was also very noisy throughout the stay. If you are on a tight budget, it is a fair option, but it wasn't the most comfortable or convenient experience."

"You could hear a lot of the jet takeoffs and motorcycles roaring by on the street quite loud. Our side was facing LAX airport so may have been normal but would have been better on back of hotel for getting a room to get sleep. Breakfast burrito and sandwich very greasy if you order from front counter. May be better if you have time to eat in restaurant, but not sure.."

"Good hotel but multiple times i had issue with cleaning crew leaving rags or not having cleaned the room properly. I had blood stains on bedsheets for instance. Really jeed to fix cleaning. "

"The staff here was amazing. The bartender was great. Wish the bar was open a little later for people going to shows and games. Area was not my favorite but it was close enough to the stadium for us to easily uber. "

"Pleasant hotel well located a short walk from the car rental center, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We booked a suite that had a mini-kitchen area but there was no cutlery or plates or real cups for coffee (only paper and plastic) and there were only two coffee pods provided. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had been updated, but the decor and furnishings overall were tired and minimal. The place really needs a refresh, but it’s otherwise comfortable and we had a reasonably nice stay. There’s a pool but it’s not heated. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is better than most in all the hotels along Century Blvd."

"The property was nice and clean and conveniently located next to the airport. The parking is not complimentary but if you drive to the other side of the building it’s much cheaper to park compared to what the hotel charges. "

"Not place to get a drink or have a sit down meal until 4 pm. Pool area was a disaster with towels left everywhere and the used town bin overflowing. Had to clean up other peoples used towels to make a seat for us. And it wasn’t even busy. Heat pool is also not heated. Room and staff were great. Nice and close to airport. Decent place for the price."
