"Staff was very welcoming, alert and chatty. We checked in after 10pm. The cookie was offered. It was sooo good, perfectly warm and soft. The room was spacious for the 2 of us traveling. AC worked amazing! The bed was good. Just finished a 600 mile trip so any bed would have worked. Linens were very clean and even smelled clean. Only issue we had with the room was the bathtub drained very very slow. But the shower worked perfectly fine. Wwernkt asked we were Hilton Honors member and was still charged the parking fee. "

"First time in Long Beach I was scared we would be in a sketchy area but it was so nice! Youre in the center of everything. Pretty much walking distance if you cared too. It clean.. other than a few things like seeing hair in the room or the cups in the room with residue in it... parking wasnt bad as what ive been seen in the reviews you get a discount staying at the hotel, give them the parking pass and you can get in and out with the card. More like $25-27."
