"Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (itโs on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didnโt seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. "
