"Our Comfort Plus room was large and spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We never checked out the amenities on the second floor. We liked that the location was near Chinatown (great food) and walkable shopping, with reasonable access to the tram system. Note that rooms at the front of the building can be a bit noisy at night due to traffic sounds. I wasnโ€™t bothered by the sounds but my friend was."
