"The room was very small and the closet almost nonexistent. The bathroom was very small. None of their accommodation were up to standard for a Hyatt stay! I complained about this to the manager and he said this is what it is. He did not offer any upgrade. Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"

"I love this hotel , the price is great from being only 8 mins away from Disneyland ! The room was spacious, comfy bed, amazing smell from the shampoo etc, the only thing was is a very slippery tub but they do provide a Matt with grip/loved that, staff was very friendly and gave a warm welcome, the parking is a plus ! You can enter/ exit with your room key. Overall definitely book ! Really nice hotel . U will not be disappointed "

"Our hotel stay was great. The hotel was just as described so it was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the drinks and appetizers at the bar. We didn’t gamble so can’t speak on that. But if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the area, this is the hotel for you."

"I booked thru Expedia a king size bed but was given 2 full size beds. Couldn’t change cause it came from 3rd party. That was inconvenient beds were small so my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds"
