"As soon as we arrived, my daughter’s room needed to be changed immediately. There were stains all over the lampshades the couch had stains all over it, and I actually found a piece of bacon on the couch. We switched her room and honestly the second room they gave her was not much better. My room was also not great at all. The faucets in my bathroom were covered in gunk and goo and I asked for the room to be cleaned again, but it was not fixed. There was women’s hair on the shower walls before any of us either showered. Our safe was broken and we needed someone to come up and fix it our toilet clogged after putting a little bit of toilet paper in it. When I went to the front desk, they took $50 off of my bill but honestly, I would never recommend this place and I would certainly never return. "

"The warm chocolate chip cookies at check in, the staff being very friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness all made our stay very memorable and will now always choose a Hilton hotel where available. Great job! "
