"The hotel is much more of a 3 star than a 4 star. The price reflects that so it’s a good value for Cortina. The location is great, very convenient to town and the bus to the lifts. The rooms are quite small and pretty basic. The breakfast is just adequate and the only fruit available each day was a bowl of unripe kiwis. The lobby area is large and comfortable but an eclectic mix of furniture. "

"We rented 3 rooms for our party of 6 for a Christmas Ski trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Extremely close to the slopes, a wonderful bar with great food just a small walk away. Very nice spa for really cheap. They also served amazing dinners for really cheap as well. Couldn’t have been happier with where we decided to stay. Would absolutely book here again! Also they spoke English quite...

"The hotel is quite old looking, but nothing different from anything else in Cortina. The room is ok, bed is confy. Bathroom is fine with good shower, the only real problem is the WiFi which is terrible. The staff is AMAZING. Always very very helpful. Location is perfect, exactly in the city centre with private parking."

"We stayed here for only one night on our way to Lake Como. We enjoyed the hotel for it's genuine Austrian feel and beautiful scenery. It was very well priced and we ate dinner here which was also good value at 12 euros each. The staff spoke limited English but were very helpful. Highly recommend."
