Emerald Coast 4 Stars Hotels

"Due to a shortage of housekeeping staff we couldn’t get into our room until 6pm! The floor in our room was gritty due to sand being brought into the room. The room obviously hadn’t been swept for some time and the shower tray wasn’t particularly clean. Location of hotel was very good, right on the beach. The beach was great, white powdery sand. We sat on the beach and didn’t use the pool as there was loud music blearing out there. There were lots of kids running around. Hotels.com website says that beach sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary, but in fact this is incorrect as you had to pay $55 per day!"

"Everything was what you want and expect. I had no issues with the room, pool, or hotel itself. Just wished the drinks were better but this is an amazing property in the area. You will be happy with the location."

"I think we were a little in between seasons w/ construction & landscaping all being done where we stayed. Pool amenities weren’t open yet (snack bar)… but that’s ok. Would have been nice to have pool towels👍"
