"The stay was overall pleasant, however our stay started off on a sour note with the pushy timeshare sales staff. We had no idea it was a timeshare when we booked and paid for our room. We chrcked in as normal then was ushered over to the "concierge". So after having a long, stressful day of travel, being bombarded with people telling us to schedule a 90 minute presentation to get free gifts that we didn't want and confused if it was something required. Since we paid for our stay and didn't sign up for any kind of discount if we participated in the presentation, it was not required but they were not forth coming about any of that information. I was feeling overheated and exhausted at this point and after expressing that, I was handed a bottle of water and they still kept asking when they should schedule our time, they would not let it go. We had to walk away at that point. The room was comfortable and spacious. I just want people to have transparency when they book this hotel so they can have more information on what to expect and can decide if they want to participate or not in the presentation."
