"We were very disappointed that ongoing construction on the property significantly impacted our experience. The hotel property also did not look like the photos advertised online due to the construction. We have stayed at this property before, and this visit was nothing like our previous experience due to the construction. Customers should be informed about any major construction at the time of booking, especially when they are paying full price for the room and the resort fee. We also booked a resort-view balcony room, but there were fences outside our balcony. I can provide photos if needed."
