"Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked."

"The place was clean and gorgeous. Staff (guards and cleaners) were great and provided the needed service with a smile and effortless care. The Manager, Mr. Barry, is wonderful. He always reached out to see if anything was needed, but most importantly was instantly available to answer questions. He is easy going, professuonal and respectful. "Sono stato 15gg ospite della Casa di Cloe a Dakar che vivamente consiglio. La proprietà è molto attenta a che l'ospite si senta a proprio agio (come in casa propria). Arredamento nuovo e tutto rigorosamente italiano, pentolame e stoviglie nuove e pulite, la biancheria in camera e in bagno sempre pulite.
