"We paid a security deposit to cover any potential damages, and upon enquiring about its return, we were advised it would take 15 days to be refunded. Upon arrival at the villa, we discovered chipped cups and plates, and several mugs appeared so fragile that we were concerned they might break if used. This is also the first villa we have stayed in that did not provide basic items such as a corkscrew or a toaster. The security doors fitted over every window and patio door caused the property to...

"Great location. WiFi was good on the first day then went downhill from there. TV only had one English channel (news) both local channels (pik 1&2) we're missing. Teas coffees and water in room were only available on the first day. Coffee and tea was available at breakfast but was hit and miss either too strong or to weak (chef's choice not yours). Breakfast select was good. Covid restrictions we're advised but not policed."
