"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Parking in garage is 25e a day. Sauna and Steam room were a nice treat after hiking. Highly recommend! "

"Staff were very friendly. Whilst it is an older property, the rooms are small, didn't worry me as i was traveling alone. Outdoor area was pleasant to have breakfast (although I didn't partake) also nice for an after dinner drink. Very easy walk to center, would recommend "

"Built in the 1500’s this place has been modernized for comfort. Beautiful remote area. Wonderful staff running the place. Great views! Quaint little bar on the first floor that offers cocktails and meats and cheeses. Very comfortable large king room. There is a library where one can relax and read or play games.Breakfast was very European with eggs cooked to order. Keep in mind there are stairs and no lift to keep the history alive.This place will forever be imbedded in my heart."

"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "

"Lovely family owned hotel. Owner came to greet us at dinner and the ambience was festive and warm. Excellent breakfast, beautiful indoor/outdoor infinity pool. I also went to the spa for two treatments which were most beneficial. Old world charm with modern amenities. "

"We booked hotel as part of a ski trip. Hotel offers great shuttle service and also additional attractions such as Early Bird skiing or Sella Ronda (additional costs). Spa is very nice. Highlight is the very friendly and efficient team at front desk, bar and restaurant who are excellent. "

"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."
