"They just didn't serve me the breakfast that was included in the price. They tell me if I want to eat smth, i can google the food delivery and eat. No hot water sometimes no water at all. I've booked the best room in the hotel but it didn't help me.The worst place I ever stayed in Odessa. Never ever again. "

"The spa and sauna was not working and the swimming pool was cold other than that all good and we where told the bar was closed at midnight but should have been open 24 hours they lied to us other than that very nice place "

"The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."
