"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful. In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay."

"Perfect area in the old part of town. Be prepared to experience some noise from all kinds of activities around the hotel area. All kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area. Simple but good breakfast with very nice view over Batumi on the top floor of the building. "
