"Nice hotel with a good bar in the lobby and a decent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean but lacked in interior decorating - a couple of pictures on the walls was about all. The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. "The hotel has great location, near to Guggenheim, and other tourist spots, bus accessible. Staff are helpful. The air conditioning and air circulation need some adjustment as it is quite warm. "

"Primera impresión al llegar bastante negativa, ningún tipo de iluminación en las escaleras de acceso al hotel, recepción con horario muy limitado, interior del hotel en bastante mal estado, la habitación con una decoración muy austera, sin ningun cuadro y todo de color beige, solo 2 capsulas de cafe y no leche en ,a habitación,televisión muy pequeña, no usb points, no canales de televisión internacionales, rodapies en muy mal estado, buenas vistas a la playa de Ereaga, no buffet de desayuno...
