"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"Staff are not hoteliers.
They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service.
Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair.
This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!"
