"The room was very clean. It was loud during the day due too construction across the street. The last day I was there, they had ran out of sugar, so could not have my coffee went to the front desk to tell them, and they gave me sugar out of the Room packets so they did accommodate. The staff was very nice kitchen. Staff had said they did order. It had not gotten there yet. I did try to dry our laundry due to. We were in for a funeral and it rained on us, but there was only one laundry area and other people were using it so we had to wait till very very late at night to dry our clothes, but steel was able to dry clothes. It is very expensive to dry. It was four dollars a load. The day we were leaving always clean the room before we leave, but when I had woke up and turned, the light on, there was a tiny roach crawling on the nightstand. I killed it and showed the front desk when we checked out they explained that they had just had it sprayed out of all four or three nights we were there. This is the first time we had seen anything. Other than that, the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very nice exceptional on everything."

"Awesome facility. This was the first time bringing my kids. I came to the resort a couple times when I was kids, when it was basiclly brand new and have been wanting to bring my kids back for a while. Condo was large. Kitchen had everything you would expect. Negatives, master bedroom was really hot. I just think it was at the end of the hvac run because the rest of the unit was fine but I ended up sleeping with a single sheet and still was sweeting when I woke up. The ceiling fan is basically broken, I think it only has one speed all the pulls where it should be running end up with the same speed. So all in all just a hot room. Slide being down was a bummer but the inflatables was a nice meditation for that on the last day. The TVs through the entire unit were really difficult to get to work and the queen bedrooms tv just didn’t work at any point. I don’t think it had a remote. Small issues but a couple random things were broken (obviously before we got there). One of the dinning room chairs (wicker) has a hole in the seat part, and a delaminating end table in the living room. All in all the kids had an awesome time. The adults had a great time. We will be back at some point!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were incredible! There was so much to do within the community that we hardly needed to leave. Everything was well maintained, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated all the thoughtful touches inside the apartment, like the snacks, cups, and the washer and dryer, which made our stay so convenient. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay!"
