"Breakfast was mid-grade with bagged egg product. Staff were unhelpful except for Housekeeping, who were amazing. Sheets were stained upon arrival. Replacement sheets were also stained. At or around 5:30am, we were all startled out of our rooms."

"Breakfast was nice. Rooms were nice & clean and air conditioning was pretty quiet. I do have one safety concern.in the bathroom, being as there is a shower curtain there is nothing to hold on to when showering and the tub gets very slippery when soaping up so a grab bar would help."

"Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, the pool did not seem like it was ready for use. Elevators were also not working well but it might have been due to the work being done on the stairs. Since we were in the 3rd floor it was an inconvenience. Overall area was nice and clean. "

"The staff were very unhappy and expressed being bought by Hilton a big corporation. There is no breakfast offered only an Americano coffee. You must purchase tea. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were nice. The rooms have heat and ac that must be controlled on the machine not on the room thermostat and the machine makes the sound of a jet engine. "
