There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. "The family run 3star property was lovely and our hosts couldn’t have been more obliging. The room was not large but we were able to leave 1 suitcase on the balcony which worked fine. Cleaning staff good, lots of towels & fresh sheets daily -3 nts. Breakfast was good. We rented bikes,& used the parking & gym. Good value "
