"Stayed low season. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Lack of lift problematic with suitcases."

"This hotel is fantastic! I stayed here for three nights and the staff was wonderful! Diana, Terhi and the server in the restaurant were unbelievably helpful. They assisted me arranging a very special birthday celebration and showed me where to go hiking and how to reach there by bus. They all went beyond the call of duty. Besides that, the hotel is in a good location, bus is easily accessible. Breakfast was wonderful and prices are quite reasonable for rooms. Would highly recommend this...

"Booked one of the last igloos and we were all impressed with the entire experience. The room was well appointed and cozy with all the amenities we would need during our stay. The biggest surprise was that our reservation included breakfast and dinner which was such a treat. The quality and selection of items during each meal blew us away. On our third night, we got so lucky and saw the Northern Lights for hours! The igloos are located away from town so the area was quite dark perfect for viewing...
