"I didn't get what I expected in booking a deluxe king room. The air condition didn't work, the TV didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no mini bar stock in the fridge, no tea/coffee supplies, only the kettle. We were moved to a standard room and still the air con didn't work. The towels were not replenish the whole time we were there."

"Great little hotel away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Daily buffet breakfast at Little Italy was fulfilling. Boys enjoyed swimming in the pool to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Regular house keeping by our lovely hosts. Rooms have everything you need to accomodate your stay including AC!!! Free wifi was an added bonus. Thank you Tropical Villa for making our stay mesmerising."

"This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. "One of the friendliest customer service I’ve come across here in Tonga. This is how customer service should be like, warmth, welcoming and hospitality skills. The owner was so lovely and accommodating to our needs.its a simple accommodation establishment with a great impact just what you need for long or short stay. The property and our room was spacious, clean and refreshing. Bed was huge and comfortable. Woke up to a nice simple breakfast that was healthy we enjoyed it eating on the big balcony. Parking spots inside property. The area was not too far from main city area travelled by car, but to us it was a nice and quiet area which we preferred. There’s some convenient stores/ bottle shop, petrol station about 5min walk or about 10mins drive into town. We would definitely return here, by far one of my favourite accommodations, loved it here. Thank you for your hospitality."
