"1) Immediately after getting adjusted to our room the air conditioning was weak, so they charged me more for a room with stronger air conditioning. 2)After changing the bed clothes in the new room I saw a bug crawling but didnโ€™t panic because I didnโ€™t see any more. 3)With it being two people we were always short on bottle service water and waited until the restaurant opened. 4) before our last day we had ten family members visit for one day from the province so I got the (family room ) & an extra room. 5) Four of them were children and I had to pay extra for the childrenโ€™s breakfast."
