"Have been in Italy and Switzerland for 2 weeks. Of the 6 places that we stayed in, this was by far our favorite. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. "

"I have been to many places, but this was something else. The owner greeted me once I arrived, he didn’t speak much English but his daughter (?) helped me out. They are really nice people. The room I got was recently renovated, it looks modern and the shower was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t have a dinner there, because I arrived late, but there are many options around. "This boutique hotel was built in 1856, has most of the original character but with modern ensuite bathrooms installed in the spacious rooms. It is located within easy walking distance (with luggage) from the Poschiavo train station and right on the lovely town square. Our welcome was warm and friendly. "This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine.
