"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. However, the facilities are outdated (especially the bathroom and toilet) that it was inconvenient during the stay. "

"古いホテルです。フロントは6階でその下に部屋があります。高低差のある建物で、入ったのが1階で戸惑いました。ただスタッフは親切だったのでよかったです。"

"Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Self serve laundry was a huge plus. Breakfast buffet had a little of options and was well stocked. We enjoyed our two nights here and would return to the same hotel if ever back in Yakushima. "
