"This place has a rat infestation. My parents were in one of the beachfront cottage and they saw a rat in their cottage. Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. We checked recent reviews and confirmed that other people have complained about this. Due to this issue my wife and I barely slept the first night as we had our lights on to keep potential rats away. "we stayed this place for one night. the only problem is there's no shower and no hot water. you would have to use a cold water on a bucket and tabo. but everything else its good the staffs are friendly. rooms are clean."

"Trash/recycle everywhere, room/bathroom is dirty. Room badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom window is broken, mosquito gets in the room. The restaurant is okay, serve from 8am to 5pm only. Not even a room service after this hour. No refrigerator, WiFi, sheets dirty. I will not recommend to anybody from Westerners. The hotel pictures are misleading. "
