"The stay was very pleasant. The hotel had recently opened. All the waiters and head chefs were very kind. The reception staff seemed a bit stressed and overwhelmed. "We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included).
