"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). "Bekanntlich ist der erste Eindruck der wichtigste. Schon in der Lobby des "Hotels" sind wir von einer Person, die vorgab die Rezeptzionistin zu sein, mit den Worten "Passport and Voucher" angesprochen worden. Kein Hallo, kein Willkommen oder ähnliches.
