"We had a bad experience with the hotel's social media support and management, but the hotel itself is very beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the staff's service is excellent—they're always available when you need something. I especially want to highlight the attention and the food from the cook, Lili. I truly believe the hotel would lose its essence without her. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape to access the rooms."

"Very noisy, the reception area was right under our room and there were chinks of light coming through the floorboards as well into the next room. You could actually see into the next room The water shut off randomly but the AC was awesome. Pretty much what you would expect for under $50/night."
