Santa Cruz 3 Stars Hotels

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. We had the whole beach to ourselves most of the time but not advisable if you have kids because the ocean is...

"The staffs are so kind to respond our requests with flexibility. Although it takes time to come out, the hot water surely has been used enough. The vicinity from the sea to the hotel is appropriate enough to come and leave. "

"This is a very special place to stay. The rooms are huge, the staff is amazing and the view is spectacular. Sitting on the terrace with a view of the hills and the sounds of all the birds and a constant cool breeze, we loved it. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. Highly recommend."
