"My sister and I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastián. The hotel is absolutely impeccable — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially want to highlight the young woman at the front desk during the day — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Thank you, Leonardo Hotel team, for such a beautiful experience. We can’t wait to come back! "
