"I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. "The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "Over all it's okay.Interiors are good,quite squeaky floor but it's okay.Worth the price,because it includes small buffet breakfast and it's near almost to all tourists spots and museum.The only problem that we've got is the noisy aircon and they don't have lotion which is I think should be included in the amenities.You can ride a tricycle or kalesa/chariot to tour you in the best spots in Vigan."
