"The setting is gorgeous! A bit crowded but swimming beaches are fantastic! The full board food was awful. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner was awful, not authentic. Fish and pork were dry, pastas had no flavor. My husband and I left the hotel and ate at local restaurants near by even though the food was included at the hotel. The morning bar staff were rude when buying a cappuccino in the morning and the cappuccino was also luke warm. Music was loud all day till 1:00 a.m. in the morning. We...

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
