"The most hospitable staff, especially the Japanese front desk staff! The rooms are well maintained, although I am not a fan of the strange, bouncy "tatami" floors (and the small dead roach in the bathroom area was a bit shocking). I love the drinks lounge with the gachagacha capsule machines. The meals were amazing and fun!"

"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very โjapaneseโ. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "
