"Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. "The staff was very helpful and polite, and the complimentary breakfast each morning in the restaurant was very good. The pool on the roof did not look inviting and looked like it could use some maintenance but we spent most of our time outside the hotel so did not have time for the pool."
