Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. This extra bed is not part of the room. Everything is arranged for 2 people, 2 chairs inside the room, 2 chairs at the balcony, double bed had to be shifted from original position to make enough space for rollaway bed! "The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good value though carb heavy. Overall ok, but would not stay again for a few reasons. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb - especially the drainage which did not smell great. There is no pool - they have a spa but on Hotels.com it clearly says pool which was a disappointment as I swim for my rebuilt shoulder - appreciate the sea is right there for most people but I lane swim. "I love staying at Hotel Diana, it was my second time staying there. Hotel Diana has the best host I ever met, they’re friendly and helpful. You can have their help anytime in need. The location of the hotel is not at the city Centre but it is very close to some good restaurants which I enjoyed so much. Traveling to city Centre is not difficult, either call a cab or take a train ( a few minutes walk from the station). Will stay there again if I visit Rimini next time. "

"The walls were very thin. I would wake up at all hours because of the noise in the halls or house cleaning at 7am. The rooms themselves were also outdated and made me feel like I was in a mental home. But it was close to the beach"
