Rhodope Mountains 3 Stars Hotels

"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"

"Very nice stay good food good service "

"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."

"Great stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect place ,we liked it a lot ! We will come back again definitely!🙏⭐️"

"Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, обильный завтрак. Если брать блюда а-ля карт, то подача обалденная, повар старается, еда очень вкусная. До склона ходят регулярные шатл-басы, водители приветливые. К сожалению WiFi нормально работает только на лобби."

"Absentee owner; Empty house. Difficulties opening the house and getting in. We were hassled by the police when we were standing in front of the house while we were unloading, on a road that had zero traffic, and while native residents down the road were often parked on the same road. Absence of a welcoming host that could help in our stay and make suggestions to improve our stay. The offerings in tea and coffee were meager."

"The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The location is superb, with plenty of facilities and convenient parking. Outstanding value for money too, as our stay was very inexpensive. If you’re looking for something modern and stylish this may not be the place, but for value it’s hard to beat."

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner."

" Ice and friendly staff especially the young lady from spa"

"Good location decent breakfast, hot water isn’t the most sufficient, friendly staff"

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached, and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Everything was good, good location, parking, much space"

"Very charming place with welcoming people!"

"hotel calme,un peu à l'écart du centre ville. les équipements sont un peu limite...notament la douche qui inonde à chaque fois la salle de bains connexion wifi pas toujours de qualité"
