"Included breakfast makes the stay very easy to eat in the morning without having to do anything. Very nice and accommodating staff. In fact they saw me set up my office to work from home here, and they offered me a larger table to work from. Also the included water is a very nice amenity to have especially for long stays. The staff is also on top of everything and asks me about our breakfast order and notifies us of any deliveries usually before we ever ask. Another added bonus is the location....

"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"Nice, well-maintained property by the water in Subic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Khanna, the owner, is a hands-on type of manager who can be seen in the property doing various work and chores and always greeting guests with a friendly smile. "
