"The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. "First romantic holiday with my partner, spent £130+ on the valentine room. The whole hotel was filthy and staff extremely unhelpful. The room was VERY dirty, finger marks all over the mirrors and windows, dirt on the back of doors, a mushroom growing out of the mirror!!! The wardrobe door didn't open so no place to store clothes the blinds out of the balcony type seating area did not open, the shower dribbled and the water was freezing!
