"From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...

"The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11."

"Nothing. Their are ants crawling around. The water in the shower is cold. Door is very hard to open. Only one key for the room. I’ve requested for another key for my husband and they won’t give it to us. They won’t allow us to charge our dinner. They only want cash."

"It was handy to the airport close to airport, close to the city and take away food"

"We booked a zen room but we were told that they did not know it was available online. We were asked to come back after two hours (check in time was supposed to be 2pm). We were given a different room and it was filthy - far from the zen room we booked."
