"The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable...

"Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again"

"Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings."
